Happy Fall, y’all!

We finally were blessed with a Saturday morning that was cool enough to consider as sweater weather!! It’s been October-but-feelin’-like-August type weather recently in Texas, so it was such a nice break. This is our favorite time of the year so we decided to go to the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens to take advantage of this gorgeous fall morning. It was Noah’s first time to go, but it also coincided with nap time, so he slept pretty much the entire time.

I thought I’d share what I wore.. I decided to go dressed for comfort (as I usually do, ha!) and decided to wear this new sweater – I love the coziness of it, but also that it’s longer in the back so that I can wear with leggings. It also comes in several colors – definitely getting it in Ivory. I’ve been living in distressed denim lately, I love these high-waisted ones from Express. Their jeans have always fit me like a dream, so I also have my eye on these and these. Also, I scored these booties for $24 – they were having a 40% sale!! Not going to lie, I was worried about how they would wear, but they are surprisingly comfortable for such inexpensive booties! Not to mention, super cute.

Wishing you a wonderful rest of your week! Below I posted a couple of non-fashion photos we took that I wanted to share. 🙂
